Payments may be made by check or credit card, though credit card
payments will incur an additional $3 fee to cover the cost of credit card
processing.
To subscribe and pay by check, print and complete the subscription form
and mail it along with your payment as indicated on the form.
To subscribe and pay by credit card, e-mail the name of the subscriber, the
e-mail address of the subscriber (or of the contact person if an institutional
subscription), and mailing address at which you wish to receive the journal
to the editor. You will receive an e-mail containing an invoice along with a
link to a website through which you may pay securely by credit card. Note
